OVERVIEW
Dr. Suriakala R has 18 years of experience in academics and 2 years of experience in industry. She has achieved her Ph. D in Marketing from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Her doctoral thesis was in the area of Marketing Management and Service Quality in the hospital sector. She is the author of a book EXIM Management published in 2021. She is a recognized research supervisor under the faculty of Management in Bharatiyar University, Coimbatore. She has published several research papers in Scopus indexed peer reviewed and refereed journals and presented research papers in various National and International Conferences. Received patent for the invention “Prioritization of technology initiatives to achieve digital transformation maturity”. Acted as Resource Person and organised various Social Empowerment programmes

She teaches subjects like Research Methodology, Strategic Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Consumer behavior, Organizational behavior, Customer Relationship management, Principles of Management etc
