  • Tell me something about NSM?

    Nehru School of Management is not just a B-Schools, but it is daringly different from the rest and it is ranked among the leading B-Schools in nation with all level grading service .It also has tie ups with many government and corporate institutions for Entrepreneurship Development, Training and Consultancy projects which provide ample opportunities for our students to gain valuable industry and field exposure. “KARMA” the management meets is held and organized by the students every year.

  • Which entrance exam score does NSM accept?

    CAT/CMAT/KMAT.

  • Does NSM encourage Entrepreneurship?

    Entrepreneurship culture is of key importance to SIMS. To keep this culture alive SIMS opened an Incubation center in 2010 which acts as a platform for students with entrepreneurial zeal to realize their dreams. At SIMS we believe a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and Incubation Centre acts as the first stepping stone. It has initiated ‘IDENTIFY ORAL CARE’.

  • Which Specialization do you offer?

    We offer Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and Systems.

  • When do students get to know their Major Specializations?

    The students can select their specializations by the end of the second semester. But marks obtained also play a part in the specialization selection process.

  • Are exchange programs available at NSM?

    Yes, we provide exchange programs. There are summer schools and collaborations with many Indian and foreign universities.

  • Is the first semester common for all specializations?

    Yes, it is common for all specializations.

  • What happens during orientation?

    One of the features that set NSM apart is its orientation period. The orientation acts like a Launch pad for their foray into the corporate world. It is insightful, motivating and prepares them for a rigorous life in the corporate world. The orientation also builds batch unity and friendship that last for a lifetime, making it an unforgettable experience.

  • What about teaching pedagogy at NSM?

    NSM uses flip-classroom, group activity, role plays, individual assignments, class PPT, research articles, and case studies as a major methodology of teaching. The regular conduct of guest talks, seminars, market simulation, Quizzes, market surveys, latest happenings discussion along academic syllabus coverage are an integral part of academics.

  • What is the average placement offered at NSM?

    The average CTC offered to the batch of 2019-21 till date is 9.7 lakhs. The highest CTC is 18 lakhs. The process is ongoing and almost 80% students have been placed making a total of 60 students.
