Conducted All India census of SSI units by coordinating large number of employees and trainees while working as District Industries centre manager , Palakkad
Headed the beautification of Kalpathy river project while working as DTPC secretary Palakkad- a prestigious project of Govt of Kerala which could be implemented in time.
Was the part of the preparation of state budget 4 times during my Govt service as part of finance department
Acted as President of India’s Visitor’s Nominee for Faculty selection at Tezpur university (A central University) for 3yrs from 2012 -15

Participated in a two day workshop on Building Entrepreneurial competencies hosted jointly by United states Educational Foundation in India and IIT, Madras held during 9-10 March-2007 at IIT Madras
Co-ordinated and participated in the one day work shop on “Conflicting roles and commitment of teachers in higher education – a neuro science perspective” on 25 th April 2017 at Srinivas Institute of technology, Mangalore.
