Ms.R.Suma is currently working as Assistant Professor of Jawaharlal Business School. She is a Ph.D scholar with B-Tech, MBA. She is a dedicated and goal-driven professional educator with solid commitment to academic growth and student development. She, also a proud alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad joined the Department of Management with more than 8 years of experience teaching subjects in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource and Operations of MBA for the postgraduate levels. She is pursuing her PhD from Bharatyar University in Financial Management. Her areas of expertise include Marketing as well but her research interests lie primarily in Financial Management. She has participated and presented research papers in various national conferences, and has also published articles in leading national and Scopus journals. She has organised KTU sponsored FDP in Jawaharlal Business School and attended several workshops and faculty development programmes. She has served the college in different roles, including as Head of the Examination Division, a member of various Administrative Committees and also a member of the Academic Audit Cell. She is outcome-oriented and she positively motivates her students to come up with innovative ideas for their individual and collective enrichment.
